  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Excellent command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling product and order data.
  • Familiarity with B2B e-commerce operations and catalogue management.
  • Organised and efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and order flow processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, back-office, or cataloguing (preferably in B2B e-commerce).
