Key Responsibilities:
· Manage car rental reservations and ensure smooth coordination with clients and drivers·
· Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and modifications via phone, email, and online platforms.
· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
· Monitor the availability of cars and ensure timely dispatches.
· Coordinate with the operations team to manage the fleet, drivers, and other logistics.
· Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and invoices.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all operations.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in car rental services or a similar customer service role.
· Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
· Ability to manage schedules regularly.
· Proficiency in computer systems, including reservation software.
· A customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
