Operation Executive

Operations Executive with hands-on experience in construction, marble, trading, and fit-out companies. Strong background in project coordination, procurement, site operations, vendor management, and process optimization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, control costs, meet deadlines, and support business growth through efficient operational planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
  • Coordinate between departments (procurement, finance, site teams, sales, logistics)
  • Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material availability
  • Prepare operational reports, progress updates, and performance summaries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and safety regulations
  • Control operational costs and support budget planning
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements

Required skills and qualifications

  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • Strong IT skills, including database development
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language
