Construction Logistics Manager oversees the entire flow of materials, equipment, and people for a building project, ensuring the right things get to the right place at the right time and cost-effectively, managing site storage, supplier relations, compliance, and coordinating across procurement, project management, and site teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing materials to delivery, ensuring timely arrival and quality.
  • Site Operations: Control movement of goods, equipment, and personnel on-site, and manage site facilities and storage areas.
  • Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and Senior Site Managers to align logistics with project goals.
  • Inventory & Warehouse: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure organized storage.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards, plus develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Cost & Efficiency: Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve logistical efficiency, often using data analysis.
