Role Definition

The Production Executive at Our Quotient is responsible for executing and supporting the day-to-day production operations that power the agency’s creative output. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless shoot logistics, timely deliverables, and operational excellence, enabling client satisfaction and campaign success.

The individual will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and strong collaboration—working hands-on across all shoots and projects, supporting team members, and adapting swiftly to evolving client and brand requirements. In addition to managing key aspects of shoot execution and asset handling, the Production Executive is expected to build broad production and logistical capabilities, laying a strong foundation for their own and the agency’s long-term growth.

Over time, based on performance and initiative, the Production Executive will have the opportunity to transition into senior production roles at Our Quotient, contributing to higher-level planning, process innovation, and agency development.

Responsibility Deliverables

Tasks & Activities

1.Shoot preparation and setup

Prepare gear, props, sets, and materials per brief and checklist; verify functionality, backups, and readiness before call-time.

Execute on-site setup, assists, and tear-down efficiently while safeguarding equipment and assets.

2.Production Execution

Assist in the coordination and smooth execution of photoshoots, video shoots, and agency events.

Track and monitor production timelines, milestones, and budgets; raise early flags on risks or delays.

3.Logistics, Inventory & Asset Management

Track and manage production inventory, ensuring all assets are accounted for and in good working condition.

Support logistics, including pick-up and drop-off of equipment, props, and other shoot essentials.

4.Equipment and inventory

Track and maintain inventory of equipment, accessories, and props; log check-in/out, damages, and maintenance needs promptly.

Ensure storage is organized and labelled for quick retrieval and accurate handovers to editors, designers, and archivists.

5.Collaboration & Communication

Liaise with creative and client teams to clarify tasks and resolve minor roadblocks.

Communicate status updates promptly, reporting issues or delays to the Production Head/Manager.

6.Support & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate production schedules and update trackers as needed.

Participate in process improvements by sharing insights and suggesting workflow optimizations.

Support vendor coordination when required and document key work for accountability.

Measurement Metrics

1.Client Feedback: Ability to retain and grow social media retainer clients with good reviews.

2.Delivery Timeliness: Percentage of production tasks, shoot setups, and asset handovers completed on or before deadline.

3.Revenue Contribution: Growth in revenue from production vertical.

4.Execution Quality: Timely, consistent delivery of high-quality shoots.

5.Innovation & Systems: Implementation of new tools, trends, and internal processes.

Growth Trajectory

0–3 Months: Achieve full understanding of production workflows, equipment handling, and agency standards; deliver assigned tasks reliably.

3–6 Months: Demonstrate independent handling of routine shoots and asset management; actively support team coordination.

6–12 Months: Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision; contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members or interns.

12–18 Months: Exhibit leadership readiness by managing complex shoots, vendor coordination, and resource planning; prepare for advancement to Production Manager role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
