Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the vertical growth strategy aligned with company goals.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share within the assigned vertical.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and support professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product selection, inventory planning, and service delivery.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage P&L, collections, and compliance for the vertical.
- Experience in Retail Industry will be preferred
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, with a strong track record in the Retail industry.
- Proven experience in vertical leadership, strategic planning, and P&L management.
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain, pricing strategies, and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
