Operation Head

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the vertical growth strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and market share within the assigned vertical.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and support professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product selection, inventory planning, and service delivery.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage P&L, collections, and compliance for the vertical.
  • Experience in Retail Industry will be preferred

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, with a strong track record in the Retail industry.
  • Proven experience in vertical leadership, strategic planning, and P&L management.
  • Strong understanding of retail supply chain, pricing strategies, and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,209.72 - ₹46,473.06 per month
