Conduct detailed analysis of current processes in the operations division to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste and Process Gaps.
- Develop process maps and flowcharts to document “as-is” states and design optimized “to-be” workflows.
- Support project Management and planning, including defining objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of process improvements.
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data; transform raw data into meaningful insights through dashboards and visualizations.
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support management in monitoring performance and making strategic decisions.
- Propose restructuring or reallocation of tasks/resources to maximize efficiency.
- Implement performance measurement systems using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting progress, challenges, results, and achieved efficiencies.
- Ensure proper documentation of process maps, improvement plans, project outcomes, and data visualizations.
