Operation Manager

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in showroom (preferably in tiles/sanitaryware/building material industry).

Salary - Up to 60,000 P/M

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive/Manager to oversee end-to-end operations at iNEX. This role requires hands-on management of procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, logistics, order execution, and team coordination to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor & Purchase Management

o Coordinate with vendors for rates, orders, and timely deliveries.

o Compare quotations and ensure purchase within budget.

o Follow up on material availability and quality-related issues.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

o Maintain updated stock levels and monitor movement.

o Identify negative stock issues and report discrepancies.

o Coordinate for accurate inward and outward stock entries.

3. Order Execution

o Ensure timely processing and dispatch of customer orders.

o Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for deliveries.

o Track unbilled sales and follow up for closure.

4. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

o Plan dispatches and track shipments till delivery.

o Handle courier, transporter follow-ups and delivery documentation.

5. Data & Documentation

o Maintain purchase records, delivery challans, GRNs, etc.

o Support in generating reports for management and accounts

6. Team Coordination & Support

o Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and vendors

o Monitor task completion, assist in solving day-to-day issues

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in showroom (preferably in tiles/sanitaryware/building material industry).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English both preferred).

· Proficient in WhatsApp communication, basic Excel (data entry, basic reports).

· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP usage

· Ability to multitask and take ownership

· Good presentation and grooming.

· Self-motivated, responsible, and enterprise-driven personality.

· Open to continuous learning and professional growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,512.46 - ₹60,029.65 per month
