Operations Manager – Uniform Division

Office Pune- Lulla Nagar, Pune

Warehouse: Loni Kalbhor and on site

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in operations/supply chain/retail (experience in uniforms/apparel preferred)

Salary: As per experience and market standards

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations related to school and corporate uniform sales.
• Building distribution team and resolution Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage inventory, stock, and distribution of uniforms.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
• Support the sales team with order processing and documentation.
• Manage relationship and recovery
• Handle Clients relationships and meeting clients’ expectations

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferred).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in operations, retail, or apparel industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and ensure smooth execution of processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
