Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities: -

· Leadership Role: Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role

• Knowledge of Cross Functional Teams: Familiarity with all business functions including Sales, HR, Store and Logistics, Contract fulfilment.
• Good communication : with Stakeholders, Verbal and written
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Graduate or post Graduate
• Mentorship qualities : Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity
• Self-Motivated: Take charge, evaluate available resources, then propose and implement appropriate solutions.
• WORK UNDER PRESSURE, Candidate who can take working pressure, especially when sites encounter issues. Good operations managers are a stabilizing force during these times, helping to keep projects (and, often, even entire companies) afloat.
