Position: Operation Manager – Slaughtering House

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Operation Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Slaughtering House. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, efficiency, hygiene, and smooth workflow across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day slaughtering house operations.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams.

Monitor staff performance and provide training where required.

Maintain operational records and report to senior management.

Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science.

Strong understanding of poultry processing and slaughtering operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage staff and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
