Job Title: Operations Manager: Real Estate & Construction

Location: Near DHA Phase 1

Salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000 (based on experience)

Experience Required: 8–10 years

Role Objective

We are looking for a senior-level Operations Manager who can independently manage and optimize operations across real estate buying & selling, construction, marketing, finance, and external business engagements.

The role demands strong governance, profitability focus, and structured reporting to the owner.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, or Management (mandatory)

• 8–12 years of multi-functional operations experience

• Prior experience in real estate and construction (Mandatory)

• Proven leadership, financial oversight, and owner-level reporting experience
