About the Role

You will be the backbone of our exhibitions. From managing the day-to-day operations of the gallery to ensuring exhibitors, curators, and visitors have a seamless experience — you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who not only loves fashion but also understands its language, culture, and energy.

Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Gallery Operations
• Open and close the gallery on schedule.
• Maintain the gallery space, ensuring it’s always ready to inspire.
• Coordination & Management
• Work closely with exhibitors, curators, and designers for smooth exhibition flow.
• Ensure proper scheduling and booking of the gallery for upcoming exhibitions.
• Handle logistics of setup and dismantling.
• Creative & Digital Support
• Basic social media management — creating and posting updates.
• Knowledge of reel making, editing, and content creation for exhibitions.
• Support marketing team in promoting ongoing/upcoming shows.
• Visitor & Client Experience
• Ensure a welcoming, stylish, and professional environment for visitors, buyers, and collaborators.
• Manage inquiries and provide assistance during exhibitions.
