Job Overview
A well-established property development and real estate firm in Karachi is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational activities of its ongoing and upcoming development projects.
The ideal candidate will possess 7–10 years of proven experience in managing real estate or construction operations, with strong expertise in project coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. This role demands a result-oriented professional capable of ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery of all development projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Management
- Supervise daily operations across multiple property development projects.
- Coordinate effectively with departments including design, construction, sales, marketing, finance, and procurement.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and implement operational systems, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall productivity.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Work closely with senior management to plan and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate project performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to local real estate regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure cost-effective operations.
Sales & Marketing Coordination
- Support the sales and marketing departments during property launches, events, and exhibitions.
- Oversee operational readiness for new project rollouts, including documentation and client coordination.
- Analyze client feedback and market insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Administration
- Lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish and enforce internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent performance.
- Supervise HR, logistics, and administrative operations as part of daily workflow.
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs to enhance team productivity.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare detailed operational, financial, and performance reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Present operational progress, risk assessments, and improvement plans to senior management.
Key Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications.
Experience
- 7–10 years of solid experience in property development, construction, or real estate operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, and documentation within the real estate domain.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
