leading property development company in Oman is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily business operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the real estate sector within the GCC region and possess leadership capabilities to manage teams, streamline operations, and support company growth.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient business processes across sales, engineering, administration, and finance departments, while maintaining operational excellence and achieving strategic objectives.
