About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operation & Project Furniture Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating furniture projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth operations, on-time delivery, and high-quality installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations related to furniture projects.
  • Follow up on suppliers, deliveries, and logistics.
  • Assist project managers in planning and execution.
  • Monitor installation schedules and quality standards.
  • Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
