Lead and support daily compliance initiatives, including overall overseas ethics and compliance management, and assist subsidiaries with compliant operations (e.g., license/certificate applications or renewals, liaison with government authorities, and related consultations).
Manage office leasing, renovation, and daily facility operations; review and submit all facility-related bills to ensure accuracy and cost reasonableness.
Oversee staff accommodation leasing and daily management.
Manage vehicle and parking space leasing, as well as daily operation and coordination.
Develop, review, and optimize local processes and policies, and provide reasonable improvement recommendations.
Integrate and manage local travel booking resources.
Organize team-building activities for local employees.
Provide support for other administrative-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 2 years of administrative operations experience; familiar with government licensing procedures and compliance requirements; capable of independently handling office leasing and renovation projects.
Strong asset management capabilities, able to oversee vehicles, accommodation, and travel resources.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to organize team events and provide effective administrative support.
Strong awareness of process optimization and end-to-end management, able to propose reasonable improvement suggestions.
Good command of English, strong multitasking abilities, and adaptability to overseas working environments.Highly Chinese speaking skills are preferred.
