Topsy Turvy – Packages Mall is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background and the ability to manage diverse operational functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day retail operations including customer service, audits, inventory control, HR coordination, and asset management.
• Monitor and interpret sales and operational data to enhance performance and support business growth.
• Apply a market-driven approach and actively contribute to network expansion initiatives.
• Ensure seamless field operations with strict adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements
