Operation Team Leader

Brief Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and agree to follow the operating policies concerning promptly and courteously assisting all customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide quick, responsive customer service.
• Issue tickets for drop off and collect the parking fee for pick up.
• Park in the allocated area and drive in a safe manner.
• Handle the customer property with care (car, personal belongings).
• Able to use valet system (handheld devices), with basic cashier skills.
• Escalate any incident/accident as per procedures.
• Full awareness of safety measurements, including traffic management.
• Abide by security rules and perform other duties as required.

• Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and a smart and presentable appearance, including wearing clean and tidy company uniform, whilst on duty,
• Duties may be assigned on any shift of the day.
• Physical fit and able to work outdoor in parking area (in summer, temperature reaches above 40 degrees).
• At least 2-years valet driving experience is a must.
• Able to join immediately and can change employer.

The salary includes food, accommodation and transportation allowances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,200.00 per month
