Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Operational Auditor & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role combines operational auditing, performance evaluation, and sales development. The successful candidate will work closely with our consultants to assess client operations, identify gaps, and offer tailored solutions while contributing to business development and client acquisition.

This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the full spectrum of coffee consultancy—from operational auditing to advisory and consulting work.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Auditing

Conduct on-site operational audits for café and hospitality clients, evaluating workflow, service quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and adherence to Nahj standards.

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience.

Assess compliance with brand guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with consultants to develop improvement plans for clients.

Sales & Client Relations

Identify potential clients within the coffee and hospitality sector.

Present Nahj’s consultancy services and solutions professionally to prospects.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and support new business acquisition.

Participate in meetings, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals.

Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and service presentations.

Learning & Development

Participate in Nahj’s internal training programs to understand the full coffee consultancy cycle—from concept creation to operations and profitability optimization.

Learn coffee industry fundamentals, café management principles, and client advisory practices.

Shadow consultants during client projects to gain practical field experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, café management, or auditing.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for specialty coffee and café culture.

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Attributes

Background in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.

Understanding of operational procedures (bar flow, inventory, customer service).

Eagerness to grow into a consultant role within the specialty coffee industry.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
