Role Description
We are seeking a professional Operational Trainer (C1 English speaker) for a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. The Operational Trainer will deliver training programs to develop the skills and performance of employees effectively. Responsibilities include designing, preparing, and delivering training modules, evaluating training effectiveness, identifying training needs, coordinating with management, and ensuring compliance with company training standards. Additionally, the trainer will conduct ongoing assessments to align employee development with organizational goals.
Qualifications
✅ English Proficiency: C1 Level (Mandatory – written and spoken).
✅ Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with Amadeus and GDS systems.
✅ Industry Background: Experience as a Travel Agent or in Travel Operations is required.
✅ Training Exposure: Candidates who have worked as trainers (permanent, on-loan, or task-based) are encouraged to apply.
Co-trainers or operational staff with 3–6 months of training experience and the required system knowledge are also welcome
