Operations & Admin Executive

We are looking to hire a proactive Operations & Admin Executive to support daily operational, administrative, and coordination activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, follow-ups, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

● Assist in day-to-day operational activities and internal coordination.

● Track tasks, follow up with teams, and ensure timely completion.

● Maintain records, trackers, and operational reports.

● Support invoicing, basic documentation, and data entry.

Administrative Duties

● Manage office coordination, attendance, and basic admin support.

● Handle emails, internal communication, and document management.

● Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Compliance & Reporting

● Ensure files and documents are properly maintained.

● Prepare daily/weekly status updates for management.

● Support audit or compliance-related documentation if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or relevant field preferred).

● 1–2 years of experience in operations or admin roles.

● Good English communication (written & verbal).

● Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

● Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google tools.

● Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
