Operations Administrator

The Operations Administrator supports the day-to-day execution of site operations by coordinating administrative, reporting, compliance, and process support activities across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and facility functions. This role helps ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, documentation compliance, and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment where priorities may shift quickly.

Compensation: $25- 27

How You’ll Make an Impact

Operational Support

  • Support daily operational activities across manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and support departments.
  • Coordinate meetings, action items, and cross-functional follow-up to ensure timely execution of operational priorities.
  • Assist department leaders with scheduling, project tracking, and resource coordination.
  • Help maintain site calendars for audits, training, maintenance, and operational milestones.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Compile, track, and distribute operational KPIs, including productivity, staffing, training compliance, quality metrics, inventory accuracy, and other site performance indicators.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for site leadership and business reviews.
  • Analyze trends and identify areas for operational improvement.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain controlled documents, SOPs, training records, forms, and operational files in accordance with site procedures.
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and organized.
  • Assist with document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
  • Support training coordination and record maintenance.

Systems & Administrative Support

  • Enter, review, and maintain data within operational systems such as ERP, inventory, quality, or document management systems.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and reports.
  • Support purchase requisitions, vendor communication, invoice tracking, and departmental administrative needs.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in administrative and operational workflows.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and implementation of standardized practices.
  • Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of operations, administrative, project coordination, or manufacturing support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to move between office, warehouse, and manufacturing areas as needed.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, phone, and other standard office equipment for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, kneel, or climb stairs while supporting operational activities.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move materials or office supplies up to 20–25 pounds.
  • Ability to visually inspect documents, computer screens, labels, and operational records with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in varying environments including office, warehouse, and controlled manufacturing areas.
