Student Retention Management and Fee payment Support Year-round follow-up with all departments on retention percentages in each batch Follow-up with departments on exam eligibility improvement Analyze drops/reasons and build strategies to improve retention Aggressive follow-ups to drive fee collections across all departments.

including analyzing the weekly call reports done by advisors Coordinate with external EMI partners, marketing partners and internal teams to drive payments Submit weekly reports to senior management on the above.
