Job Objective:
The Operations and Follow-up Specialist is responsible for coordinating field operations, ensuring service execution according to the scheduled timeline, and monitoring the performance of field teams to achieve customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and preparing periodic reports to ensure effective workflow.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating and Managing Field Teams:
- Prepare daily and weekly schedules for field teams and efficiently distribute tasks.
- Monitor team performance and ensure operations are executed according to quality standards.
- Provide logistical support and resolve issues encountered by teams during fieldwork.
2. Service Execution and Customer Follow-up:
- Ensure service delivery aligns with customer agreements and scheduled timelines.
- Coordinate with clients regarding additional requirements or service-related inquiries.
- Handle complaints and feedback to enhance customer experience.
3. Billing and Payment Management:
- Follow up on invoice issuance for clients based on the services provided.
- Monitor payment collections and ensure timely settlements.
4. Client Scheduling and Planning:
- Update the customer database and schedule future service appointments.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for improving service efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience with delivery applications is a plus advantage.
