Operations and Sales Manager

We are urgently hiring for Operations & Sales Manager for one of our client from Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operational activities to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and motivate teams to enhance performance and meet sales targets.
• Prepare and analyze operational and sales reports for management review.
• Ensure smooth coordination among departments to optimize workflow.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in operations and sales management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
