About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Assistant
to support our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with day-to-day operational workflows related to referrals, billing processes, scheduling, and other administrative tasks for psychiatry and behavioral health services.
This is a full-time
onsite
position requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
RCM Operations Support

Assist with daily RCM functions including referrals, eligibility verification, authorization submission, and follow-ups.

Support processes for billing, payment posting, claim tracking, denial follow-ups, and collections.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updating of patient information, encounter details, and required documents.

Maintain accuracy in data entry across RCM platforms, EHR systems, and billing software.
Administrative & Operational Coordination

Support day-to-day back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task execution.

Maintain logs, trackers, and reports for tasks such as referrals, patient scheduling updates, claim progress, and operational KPIs.

Assist managers with documentation preparation, dashboards, and performance summary reports.

Coordinate communication between team members, supervisors, and US-based stakeholders when required.
Process Monitoring & Quality

Ensure tasks are completed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Identify errors or inconsistencies in documentation and escalate them to the supervisor.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Team Collaboration

Support cross-functional teams involved in RCM, scheduling, billing, and patient communication.

Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvements, and assist with operational problem-solving.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Prior experience in RCM, medical billing, referrals, or US healthcare administration is an advantage.

Strong English communication (written & verbal).

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Ability to work night shift (7 PM–4 AM PKT) on-site.
