This is a full-time onsite position requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

RCM Operations Support

  • Assist with daily RCM functions including referrals, eligibility verification, authorization submission, and follow-ups.
  • Support processes for billing, payment posting, claim tracking, denial follow-ups, and collections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updating of patient information, encounter details, and required documents.
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry across RCM platforms, EHR systems, and billing software.

Administrative & Operational Coordination

  • Support day-to-day back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task execution.
  • Maintain logs, trackers, and reports for tasks such as referrals, patient scheduling updates, claim progress, and operational KPIs.
  • Assist managers with documentation preparation, dashboards, and performance summary reports.
  • Coordinate communication between team members, supervisors, and US-based stakeholders when required.

Process Monitoring & Quality

  • Ensure tasks are completed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify errors or inconsistencies in documentation and escalate them to the supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Team Collaboration

  • Support cross-functional teams involved in RCM, scheduling, billing, and patient communication.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvements, and assist with operational problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in RCM, medical billing, referrals, or US healthcare administration is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work night shift (7 PM–4 AM PKT) on-site.
