Operations Assistant

Job Summary

The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operational activities related to customer order management, coordination with customer support teams, and ensuring smooth execution of order processing and delivery operations. The role ensures effective communication between customer support agents, logistics teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Order Operations

  • Monitor incoming customer orders (In-call & Outbound orders).
  • Verify customer details and delivery location confirmation.
  • Ensure accurate order entry into system.
  • Coordinate with customer support agents for order status updates.
  • Maintain daily order tracking.

2. Customer Support Team Coordination

  • Supervise activities of 25 customer support agents.
  • Ensure agents follow calling scripts and SOP.
  • Monitor daily call performance and productivity.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Support agents in handling difficult customer situations.

3. Delivery & Logistics Coordination

  • Confirm delivery locations and order accuracy.
  • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Track delivery status and ensure completion.
  • Manage delivery delays or customer complaints.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily operational reports for GM.
  • Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor call logs and conversion data.
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.

5. Process Management

  • Ensure smooth workflow between departments.
  • Follow company SOP for order handling.
  • Support implementation of operational improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of operations and customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, call system).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
