Operations Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily operational activities, assist the operations team with administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth and efficient business processes. A strong command of Microsoft Excel, computer skills, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assist with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Prepare, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, Google sheets ,reports, and other data records
  • Communicate and follow up with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for management
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the operational workflow
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or related business role
  • Omani nationality is required for this position
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and reading)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO325.000 per month
