Operations Assistant

Job Title: Operations Assistant – Logistics (First Mile & Returns)Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise first mile operations efficiently.
• Handle and manage return shipments in a timely and organized manner.
• Ensure proper RTS (Return to Shipper) updates in the system without delays.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth forwarding and return processes.
• Monitor daily pickup and return performance and report issues to management.
• Maintain accurate records of returns, dispatches, and system entries.
• Ensure all return parcels are processed according to company SOPs.
• Assist team members wherever operational support is required.
• Perform both field/physical operational work and system-based tasks as needed.
• Communicate with riders, warehouse staff, and internal teams for operational coordination.

Requirements:

• Must have a logistics background (experience in courier/logistics company preferred).
• Experience in handling returns and forwarding operations.
• Good knowledge of logistics systems and RTS updating process.
• Ability to manage operational tasks independently.
• Willing to perform physical work when required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with logistics software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
