Key Responsibilities
- Check and monitor the availability of all delivery platforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all platform menus are updated with accurate item availability.
- Update item photos and descriptions as needed.
- Create and add new dishes to the menu based on business needs.
- Assist store managers in handling delivery-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Manager and Support Team for urgent assistance.
- Assist restaurants in resolving dashboard technical issues by coordinating with IT and delivery aggregators.
- Monitor canceled and refunded orders via the delivery group and emails.
- Check the Fresh Service report for all QSR canceled orders and file disputes when necessary.
- Verify and gather additional reports from restaurant managers for further investigation.
- Send clarification and settlement emails to each aggregator.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding aggregator verdicts and settlements.
- Communicate with aggregators to take the brand live on delivery platforms, ensuring all required documents are submitted.
- Verify the menu before making it live.
- Review delivery platform contracts.
- Inform the Marketing and Accounts teams about new listings.
- Coordinate with IT to create necessary POS buttons.
- Visit stores during new platform launches to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain a record of delivery platform launch dates.
- Serve as the substitute for the office receptionist during her absence, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
