Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring business efficiency, improving processes, and delivering high-quality services. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management to drive operational excellence and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the operations team to achieve set targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Oversee vendor management, supply chain, and inventory control.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an operations management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and operations management software/tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
