Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a restaurant or catering company in the UAE and must be able to communicate effectively in Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operational activities of the restaurant/catering business.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Support in handling client requirements, events, and catering orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant or catering operations in the UAE (mandatory).
• Malayalam speaking is required (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE experience and knowledge of local food service industry preferred.
