Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Associate
to join our team. In this role, you will support data onboarding and compliance processes by working closely with MLS partners, data vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, analysing financial and data reports, reconciling variances, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate with MLS organizations and data vendors to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding of client data.

CRM & Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and vendor records across internal CRM systems and supported business units.

Case Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate case notes for all customer and vendor interactions to ensure traceability and compliance.

Issue Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify potential operational or compliance issues and escalate them with clear recommendations to management.

System Utilization: Utilize shared mailboxes, multiple CRMs, Microsoft SharePoint, and remote systems to manage onboarding and compliance workflows.

Financial Analysis: Review monthly financial reports and compare actual results against expected figures.

Variance Reconciliation: Investigate and reconcile routine variances using historical data and escalate significant discrepancies for further review.

Billing & Reporting Support: Compile client billing reports and compare internal reports with MLS reports to identify discrepancies for analysis.
Required Skills & Experience:

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Email-Based Customer Service: Experience handling customer or vendor communication primarily through email.

Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain technical or compliance-related issues clearly and concisely.

Analytical Thinking: Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy with strong organizational skills.
