Job Description:
As an Operations Associate in our Dental Billing team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end dental billing process for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in medical billing while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing dental claims for submission to insurance companies.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and handle any billing discrepancies.
• Communicate with dental practices and insurance companies regarding claim status and issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Accurately input data and maintain patient records in the billing software.
• Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to work the night shift.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
