Operations & Business Development Manager - 3PL & Cold Storage

Job Summary:

• We are a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in JAFZA, Dubai, offering comprehensive
• logistics solutions including cold storage, warehousing, transportation, and value-added services.
• We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations & Business Development
• Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts while managing day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

- Generate and pursue new B2B sales leads in cold chain, food, pharmaceutical, and FMCG

sectors.

- Develop customized logistics solutions and prepare proposals for prospective clients.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for warehousing, cold storage, and transport services.

- Build long-term client relationships and promote repeat business.

• Operations Management:

- Supervise warehouse and cold storage operations, including receiving, dispatch, and stock control.

- Coordinate transportation and customs clearance processes efficiently.

- Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Reporting & Strategy:

- Report performance metrics to senior management.

- Collaborate in pricing, contract development, and service innovation.

- Ensure compliance with JAFZA, FTA, and UAE logistics regulations

• Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in logistics, preferably in cold storage or 3PL operations.

- Proven experience in sales or business development in the logistics sector.

- Knowledge of JAFZA procedures and UAE logistics regulations is essential.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with WMS/TMS/CRM tools is preferred.

- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
