GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: NursesMC RINI is seeking a highly organized, business-minded, and results-driven Operations Coordinator to support all school business operations, including managing processes, special projects, food service, cross-functional operations, inventory, and recruitment and enrollment.
The Operations Coordinator will: Serve as a member of the operations team, providing coverage support to the front office and all front office needs Support student recruitment and enrollment effortsPartner cross-functionally to support staff and teachers in executing logistical systems and practices supporting academic and student support operations and functions Work closely with the Director of Business Operations to achieve yearly priorities and identify areas for operational growth and increased efficiencyEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Operations SupportSupport all logistical systems of the school, partnering cross-functionally with school staff and department leads to ensure the best possible student experienceOngoing review of all school-wide systems for effectiveness and efficiency Work with the Director of Business Operations in executing unique projects and/or school-wide initiativesSupport school-wide systems such as arrival, breakfast, lunch, and dismissal, ensuring they run safely and on timeProvide coverage to the administrative assistant in the front office, supporting all front office procedures Support student file management, including compliance, filing, and records managementFacilities Support: Partner with the Director of Business Operations to ensure procedures are in place for the preventative maintenance program, asbestos management plan, OSHA compliance plan, building evacuation plan, and federally-mandated programsPerform classroom and facilities walkthroughs to maintain an aesthetically pleasing school, following all visual brand guidelines Be the first responder when teachers need logistical support in their classroomsFood Service Compliance and Management Support day-to-day management of the food service program, including food ordering and food count reconciliation Ensure that the school site is in full compliance with all health and safety standards as required (local, state, and federal)Technology Support Support troubleshooting hardware tech when possible, in partnership with the Tech Data Manager Support day-to-day technology management, including Smart TVs, phone systems, and copiersManage all equipment, including technology, including systems for inventory and quality control in partnership with the Tech Data ManagerRecruitment and Enrollment Support Attending recruitment events as needed in partnership with the Community Engagement and Enrollment SpecialistSupport in following up with families throughout the enrollment process, including, but not limited to, phone calls and in-person meetings Support managing registration paperwork and required compliance
