Operations Coordinator – Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 6,000 per month


A leading creative design and production company, specialising in bespoke play spaces and educational environments, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This company partners with schools, nurseries, leisure facilities, and commercial clients across the region, delivering world-class projects that inspire creativity, imagination, and learning.


The Role


The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of projects by coordinating communication and workflow between several operational departments — including Project Management, Logistics, Delivery, Procurement, Production, and Accounts . The successful candidate will act as a vital link between teams to promote efficiency, track progress, and ensure all project activities run to schedule and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities


Project Management


  • Distribute and manage daily and weekly project schedules.
  • Coordinate delivery setups and subcontractor activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, client updates, and close-out reports.
  • Oversee delivery preparation, snag resolution, and daily reporting.


Logistics & Delivery


  • Approve and publish delivery schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with production teams for handovers and monitor delivery teams.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and site documentation.
  • Capture and store marketing photos and client updates.


Procurement & Production


  • Track material requests and maintain procurement records.
  • Ensure production boards, drawings, and documentation are accurate and current.
  • Support quality control, packaging, and installation preparation.


Accounts & Administration


  • Maintain accurate financial records, including payment tracking and subcontractor reports.
  • Support follow-ups on pending payments and documentation accuracy.


Person Specification


  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience with an Operations Co-ordination role is ideal
  • Any experience within fit-out, interiors, joinery, manufacturing or construction would be desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Experience liaising between multiple operational departments.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, reporting, and documentation processes.
  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
