What This Role Is About

As an Operations Coordinator at a leading company with a strong regional and global presence, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational execution across multiple functions. This position will be based in Dubai, where you will support the daily coordination between supply chain, logistics, procurement, and sales teams, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between internal departments and external partners, managing communication, documentation, and operational performance. You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth end-to-end processes, optimizing workflows, and supporting business continuity.

Your contributions will be central to driving operational excellence, strengthening supplier and partner relationships, and supporting the company’s ongoing growth in the UAE and beyond.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 3–5 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or supply chain, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, procurement, and documentation processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with suppliers and partners.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and verbal) is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
