  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities.
  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations-related documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to performance, productivity, and compliance.
  • Handle vendor coordination, procurement requests, and logistics arrangements as required.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of new contractors, staff, or vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
