Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules for pest control technicians and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Handle customer service requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all pest control operations comply with UAE municipality and public health regulations.
- Monitor service quality and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services, technician reports, materials usage, and customer interactions.
- Prepare job orders, service reports, and invoices in coordination with the finance team.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for equipment and chemical stock management.
- Maintain and update the CRM or job management system regularly.
- Assist in training coordination, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
- Liaise with sales and business development teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Prepare operational reports and support management in data analysis and planning.
- Ensure all technicians are briefed, equipped, and certified as per legal and company standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in pest control or FM (Facilities Management) industries in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE pest control regulations and municipality procedures (DM, ADM, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of job scheduling software or CRM is a plus.
- Excellent communication (English required; Arabic is a plus).
