I’m partnering with a leading global company to hire a Support Operations Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi. This role will support the launch and operational readiness of cutting-edge autonomous mobility and delivery initiatives in the region.

The position is split between remote assistance supervision and on-ground testing of operational workflows , offering a hands-on opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting developments in smart mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and document remote assistance (RA) activities, including interventions and performance outcomes.
• Conduct on-ground testing and validation of operational processes, SOPs, and new feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate closely with vendor teams to ensure seamless operational execution.

Requirements

• Based in Abu Dhabi and comfortable working on-site at vendor locations (not office-based).
• 2+ years expereince in operations or customer service.
• Strong operational mindset with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
