Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our technical and project team of HVACR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day departmental operations.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
  • Track project expenses and assist with budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintain organized records of financial and operational documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments for approvals, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist with vendor communication, quotation requests, and follow-ups.
  • Support management in preparing reports, schedules, and cost summaries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in finance, coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
