Allmed Group of company (Pharma Division ) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of all HR functions while supporting the implementation of the HRIS (Odoo) system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all HR processes.
  • Handle the recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Foster positive employee relations and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration and ensure timely payroll management.
  • Coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HRIS (Odoo) to enhance process automation and data accuracy.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or operations role.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management, and compliance.
  • Hands-on exposure to HRIS systems, preferably Odoo HR Module.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
