We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory control, timely shipments, and smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and internal delivery coordination.
• Supervise warehouse operations and staff performance.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify and resolve logistics and operational challenges.
• Utilize systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS preferred).
• Team leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
