The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, logical, and self-sufficient professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be trusted to manage daily operational tasks with accuracy and independence. You’ll handle shipping, inventory, customer support, packaging of products we sell and administrative workflows that keep our business running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to learn and retain processes quickly. You should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, solving problems proactively, and working with minimal supervision.

This position reports to the Operations Director and is based in Norwood, MA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office five days a week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

This is a full-time role, paid hourly at $20–$28 per hour depending on experience, with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. This position is in an office setting and is not warehouse related.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shipping: Accurately prepare, package, and ship products in a timely manner.
  • Packaging: 40% of your time is Folding product boxes, labeling and packaging product ready to sell.
  • Inventory Management: Independently monitor stock, update records, and organize inventory for efficiency.
  • Sales Support: Assist sales representatives by answering calls, responding to inquiries, and facilitating internal communication.
  • Customer Support: Provide professional, clear support over the phone and follow through on customer inquiries.
  • Documentation & Organization: Maintain and organize files using Google Drive and spreadsheets with consistency and accuracy.
  • Problem Solving: Take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating only when necessary.
  • Communication: Use clear, professional communication via email and phone to coordinate and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly, retain training, and apply knowledge consistently.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), email, and general computer use.
  • Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to commute daily to Norwood, MA.
  • Prior experience in shipping, inventory, or customer support preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9–5 or 10–6

Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days annually.
