About the Job

We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator (Labour Coordination) to support daily manpower planning and site operations. The candidate will assist in labour deployment, attendance tracking, and coordination with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. This role is suitable for candidates with 0–1 year of experience, and freshers with strong coordination and communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Skills:

  • Labour coordination and manpower planning
  • Attendance and timesheet management
  • Shift scheduling and workforce allocation
  • Site coordination and supervisor support
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
  • MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle worker grievances professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Freshers with strong coordination skills can apply
  • 0–1 year experience in operations / labour handling preferred
