Operations Coordinator

We’re a small YouTube team (1M+ subs) making high-effort videos—room builds, custom projects, and experimental ideas.

Looking for someone to help keep everything organized and moving. This isn’t a typical assistant role—it’s more about making sure the whole operation runs smoothly day to day.

What you’d actually be doing

• Making sure all gear is charged, packed, and ready before shoots
• Dumping and organizing footage after filming
• Sending footage to editors and keeping track of what’s done / what’s late
• Helping plan out the week (shoot days, prep days, deadlines)
• Booking flights, hotels, and rentals when we travel
• Running errands (Home Depot runs, returns, picking up materials, etc.)
• Keeping track of receipts and basic expenses
• Helping keep the workspace clean and usable after builds/shoots
• Following up with editors, dub teams, or anyone we’re waiting on

Basically:
you’re the person making sure nothing slips through the cracks

What we’re looking for

• You’re organized without needing to be told to be
• You notice when something’s off or missing and fix it
• You’re reliable—if you say you’ll handle something, it gets handled
• You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes messy environment
• You’re good at communicating and following up with people

You don’t need to know cameras or editing, but it helps if you’re at least interested in content.

Details

• Based in Las Vegas (in-person)
• Part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week)
• $17–$22/hr depending on experience
• Flexible schedule, but you need to be available on shoot days

Growth

If you’re good, this can turn into a bigger role pretty quickly (production, managing shoots, etc.).
