Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff at terminals, managing schedules and shifts, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise staff across multiple terminal locations
  • Prepare, manage, and update staff schedules and shift plans
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve any on-site issues
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data using MS Office and Excel
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
  • Handle administrative tasks and support operational planning

Requirements:

  • Proven capability in operations coordination, scheduling, or a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-facing experience with a professional approach
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Capability in operations managing.
  • Familiarity with Tamil and English.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
