Operations Coordinator – E-commerce & Marketing
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our e-commerce and marketing project team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth task execution, and maintaining workflow discipline across all departments — including marketing, design, content, customer service, logistics, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage daily and weekly tasks using team management tools such as Notion, Monday, ClickUp, or Trello.
Track task progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain accountability within the team.
Review, deliver, and receive tasks between departments efficiently.
Prepare regular reports on project status and advertising campaign performance.
Coordinate communication between teams: management, marketing, design, and logistics.
Assist in launching marketing campaigns and organizing creative materials (texts, visuals, videos, links).
Maintain product, client, and supplier databases accurately.
Schedule and organize weekly meetings and ensure all deliverables are aligned.
Suggest improvements to operational workflows and team systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in operations coordination or project management — preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of task and project management platforms: Notion / Monday / Trello / Asana / ClickUp.
Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Good understanding of digital marketing and advertising basics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Solid understanding of e-commerce processes — from product listing to order fulfillment.
Prior experience in operational or administrative management is a plus.
